Membership Subscriptions are due 1st September and should be paid by cheque or cash to your Youth Team Manager or to Paul Edwards, Membership Secretary. Please help by paying on time in September.

Our aim is to keep Subscriptions as low as possible to ensure that all can play rugby. If you have real financial problems, please let us know. We would rather you played rugby than not and we can work something out.

U-21 Playing			£60 pa or £5 pm
(no weekly match fees)
YOUTH FAMILY
Youth/mini palyer & Family			£60 pa
Two or more Youth/mini players capped at £90 pa per Family			£90 pa
Youth/mini player(s) and Senior player capped at £150 pa per Family if there is more than one youth/mini player			£150 pa   or     £12.50 pm
NON-PLAYING			£40 pa

GIFT AID

Westcliff RFC is designated a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) which means we are effectively treated as a charity by HM Revenue & Customs.  The Club can reclaim tax at 20% on donations from current UK tax payers known as Gift Aid. In addition Higher Rate tax payers can reclaim the Higher Rate tax element against their personal tax assessment.
