Ladies

In the last few years, the ‘Lionesses’ have grown from strength to strength in an unbelievable way. With the support of RFU-qualified coaches, strength and conditioning coaching, and a dedicated physio, the team has taken their game to the next level. They recently reached a national plate final, and last season, they went unbeaten in the league, winning every game and securing promotion to NC1 for the first time. 
 
All abilities are welcome to the team to come and play, train, and enjoy the friendly but competitive team. The Lionesses compete in NC1 South East (North) and play a number of hard-fought fixtures around the county and into London. They also play in the National Cup and are looking to take their achievements to the next level by continuing to improve in their new league and facing new teams in a new league.
